I am a live in landlady of a two bed two bathroom apartment . I occupy the main bedroom and en-suite and as i am going to move to the midlands I am putting my room with en suite on rent. This room is available with lots of storage (double wardrobe as well as ottoman and shoe wardrobe). This room also has access to a balcony.

I’ll be leaving all my furniture. All bills included.

Living room - The cuddle sofa has a built in music system. Tv is new and so are items such as the ninja airfryer and nutributtet.

A little more about what’s on offer - the flat is minutes walk from Canning Town tube station, (jubilee line), has 24 hour concierge. All rooms benefit from balcony access including the bedrooms and living room. Freshly decorated. Ottoman storage bed for them big suitcases! Double wardrobes, a desk and chair for those that need to wfh.

The pref of the current tenant (28 Female) in the smaller room is to live with one person.
