Bright double room in Canonbury

Hello! My flatmate is moving out to live with her partner so her room will be available from mid-November. Ideally, the woman taking over her lease will be a working professional, aged 28-40, social but also respectful of each others spaces and happy to do their share of cleaning. We have created a home and not just a place to cohabit and I’d love for this new person to share this same feeling.

The flat is fully furnished. The living room and kitchen are on the ground floor with a nice front outdoor space. Upstairs we have the two bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate toilet room that you’ll be sharing with me.
The room is a bright and spacious double that comes with a bed and wardrobe. Let me know if you’re interested in keeping the desk and the tall bookcase in the pics.

The flat has a great location, right between Angel and Canonbury. There’s many buses taking you to central London and it’s only a 10 minute walk from Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line / Mildmay overground) and a 15 minute walk from Angel (Northern Line).

Price: 1,000 pcm + bills around £170-£200 per month. It includes council tax (Band C), water, electricity, wifi, renters insurance and tv licence.
This isn’t a sublet or a short term rental, Im looking for someone long term.

A bit about me: my name is Almudena, I’m Spanish and Im in my mid-30s. I work in publishing and love to read, travel, football and a good pub quiz. I’m easy going and chill. I also have a very small chihuahua that you’ll be living with. She’s 9 years old and very sweet. It’s important to me that you like dogs.
