Room in De Beauvoir from mid Dec

Hey, I’m looking for a new flatmate for mid Dec (relatively flexible on the move-in)

Smaller of the two rooms on the plan is free - you’d have the main bathroom to yourself also. (Rent split reflects the differential obviously)

Flat is close to Dalston / Islington / Stoke Newington so loads of options to go out with fairly different vibes. Ok access to green space: Clissold Park / Highbury Fields/ London Fields (for the Lido) close-ish but there’s also a small river walk 5min away. Decent transport options with overground <10min away and good cycle routes.

Pretty “characterful” flat in an old industrial building, living room is good sized and well lit. Note the photos are from the last time the place was listed, basically looks the same minus the green sofa mainly, plus we added a clothes drier and some more plants. There isn’t any scaffolding and we now have much better insulated / prettier windows.

Bills approx 180/ mo per person (34.8 heating on avg + 12.6 wifi + 107.5 council tax + 25.9 water on avg)

Also note landlords’ referencing checks require you to earn 33x your rent share annually, or have a UK-based family member guarantor who earns 38x (pretty unreasonable in my opinion 🤷‍♀️ but it is what it is)
