The property is actually a 2 bed, however I am travelling abroad for a couple of months so looking to rent out a room and use the spare for storage. The place would remain fully furnished throughout, if you have your own furniture you'd like to bring we can try to make that work too.

I've lived here for 11 years now and always enjoyed living in a very relaxed and homely place, and would like someone / a couple who will look after the place, keeping it clean and tidy and respectful of neighbours etc. Any ability to keep house plants alive an added bonus!
