The flat could be available a few days earlier if you want to move in before the 11th August.

The house is located in a quite street and surround with green environment.

You are share with landlord for the new kitchen. There is a small garden at back.

The transportation is convenient as there are two train stations (Catford station and Caford bridge Station) within 8-10 min walks, linking to central London. Shopping is at Catford high street within 10 min walk. You can also walk for around 15 min to 20 min to Oak Park Royal for an overground train.

It will be very cozy and comfortable. You must be friendly person or people.
