Clean and beautiful home

My house is 4 minutes walk from Bellingham station where you can get to Peckham, Denmark Hill, Lewisham, Elephant and Castle, and Blackfriars, all within half an hour.

It is also 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes bus ride to Catford station and Catford bridge station where you can get trains directly to Lewisham, New Cross, Waterloo East, London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street.

Inside my house it is clean, spacious and homely.

As you walk in, there’s a utility room where the washing machine is located .

Then a downstairs toilet. This toilet is directly opposite double room 2 on the ground floor so it gives an ensuite feel.

Next is a spanking brand new kitchen which is fully stocked with everything you might need - cooker, tall, integrated fridge, deep/chest freezer, oven, dishwasher and cupboards for storage.

The living/ dining room has a dinning table that can expand to sit 8 people and comfortable sofas.


This leads to a huge, well maintained garden, with garden chairs, and garden table with umbrella, , a barbecue stand, a fire pit and a hammock.

The garden is the most used part of the house, as it's where we relax, light the fire pit to keep warm, especially in Winter, we have amazing BBQs in the summer and the hammock is very popular as it is one of the most relaxing thing in the world.

I also have a side entrance which makes it easy to get your bike into the garden.

Upstairs, you have a newly refurbished bathroom, with a new bath, power shower, a 2nd toilet, cabinet to store your toiletries.

Outside you can park your car on the drive or free parking spaces on the street.

Within the neighbourhood, there are lots of good shops, pubs, cinemas, theatres, leisure centres, hot yoga classes, vegan/plant based cafes, big Sainsbury, Tesco’s, incredibly beautiful parks, all within walking distance.

This is a really beautiful neighbourhoods with lots of hidden gems. There’s regular live comedy shows, various events and live music gigs by a variety of bands, dance club, cycling clubs and just everything you can think of.
