The room overlooks the back garden .
It's a middle-of-terrace Victorian house, with high ceilings, large windows, wooden floorboards. The room has been redecorated this year. There's a spacious kitchen/diner to share and a back garden with porch surrounded by hedges and trees around it.

Current housemates are professionals, warm, friendly and easy going but all independent.

This wouldn’t suit somebody who needs to socialise every evening but It would suit someone who is happy in their own space, wants a chilled, easy going house and is respectful of others✅

🌏The area is well served and there are many shops just minutes away. These include Lidl, Aldi and a Tesco supermarkets. Lewisham Hospital is 5 minutes walk The location is great for all your possible needs!

🚙Parking is available on the street outside the house. Permits are provided by the council at around £15 per month.
The area is very well served by frequent overground trains into central London and beyond from Catford Bridge and Catford Train stations(20 minutes to Central London).
The house is 5 minutes from Lewisham High Street with many buses to Central London and surrounding boroughs..

It is preferred that new tenant would be in full-time employment.

All bills, wifi and furniture are included. You share the cleaning of communal areas.
