I have a lovely double room with large private bathroom plus WFH office space in SE6. It's a 3 bed apartment (with just one other occupant- me plus a small friendly dog) and am looking for professional LGBTQ+ only lodger to come home to a peaceful environment.

Can come furnished or unfurnished.

Room has double bed and double wardrobe space with plenty of cupboard space in private bathroom.

Right next to Catford / Catford Bridge station (2 minute all) with incredible links to the City - just 10 minutes to London Bridge / 18 mins to Charing Cross. Opens up to 55 acres of park and woodland / tennis courts / running track- next to Ladywell fields. All local commodities (Sainsbury’s etc) and amenities are just a couple of minutes away.

Ideally looking for a male over the age of 30 but not ruling anything out.

All bills and cleaner included.

Looking for a professional, clean, relaxed person to share my apartment with (I own the property). You'd be sharing with me - I mix wfh and in town- am very friendly but also will give you your own space, just as I like mine too.

Comes with High Speed Broadband, lots of clothing / storage space. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Had outside space too.
