Current housemates are a mixed bag of young female professionals. Everyone gets on well but also has their own busy careers and lives.

The room, equipped with a brand new double bed and mattress, good quality modern furniture, and is spacious, light and airy.

The bathroom shown is the photo's is mainly for this room and one other female housemate. All the other rooms, which are currently let, have their own en-suite.

The rent includes all bills and charges, superfast broadband, weekly cleaning of the communal areas and regular gardening.

We are a small private landlord, and manage properties ourselves directly. Our objective is safe, clean and homely places to live, with others who will have things in common with you. The condition of the house and the well being of our tenants is critically important to us. You will find us friendly and responsive at all times. We are member of NRLA and LLAS amongst other professional bodies.
