Double room in cosy new build flat

The building is brand new (less than a year) everything is very modern and fresh.

The flat has 2 bedrooms and a communal living room/kitchen area with a balcony.

The closest station is Beckenham hill (8 min walk) or Bellingham (10min walk) which will take you to Blackfriars or Victoria within half an hour. Catford and Catford bridge stations are also close by (25ish min walk) or quick bus or cycle.

Lower Sydenham station close by - 20min walk and will get you to London Bridge in 11mins

You can cycle to Peckham in 20mins. Bike stores and a communal garden area on the building.

It’s my apartment and I’m looking for somebody who’s laid back and respectful. I keep the place clean and tidy so would like somebody who also shares the same values and will treat the flat like a home.

I’m a full time yoga and Pilates instructor so out most evenings teaching and sometimes early mornings. Happy to socialise and have dinner together but also value each other’s privacy.

Room comes with bed and I will arrange wardrobe and drawers unless you want to bring your own.
