My property has recently been refurbished, re-wired, new kitchen and bathroom installed, new flooring throughout and I am at the stage of looking for one or 2 tenants to share what is a really nice and comfortable house.

The Kitchen has 2 Ovens, (not that I cook - not sure why I bought 2 ovens!) Microwave, Airfrier (my type of cooking!) Washing Machine, Tumble Drier and Dishwasher. All Bills are included on a fair usage basis.

The property has wifi and hopefully will be hard wired for internet in each room. The virgin package can be enabled into each bedroom if required for £10 per month but the lounge has a large Tv. I have my own space to retreat into.

One bedroom is smaller double and one is a larger double room (both for single occupancy). Both rooms have a small vanity unit in the corner of the room and are furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

There is an upstairs combined toilet and shower room and downstairs there is a separate Toilet and Shower Room.

I am out and about for work but occasionally work from home. I am sociable and while I am not a party person I do enjoy going out dressed up and having a good time. I do not smoke and have a zero drugs policy.

The property would suit someone who is a similar person and someone who is looking for a home and place to live long term rather than just a room.

The property is 5 minutes walk to Lewisham Hospital and would suit someone who works there. Consideration will be given to NHS workers. It is also very close to Catford and Catford Bridge Station.
