The property is a beautiful Victorian-style house, situated on the third floor. The neighbours are quiet and respectful, and the second floor is currently unoccupied, so the house is generally very peaceful.

The property has a separate kitchen and bathroom, as well as one bedroom and a separate living room. The living room is spacious and could potentially be converted into an additional bedroom, depending on your needs.
