Spacious, south facing double room going in our Catford house. You would be living with two guys in their late twenties/early thirties. We are into the usual stuff: going to the pub, festivals, films, ect. Rent it £685 per month with bills on top (which are roughly £115 each). The flat is a the top two floors of a Victorian terraced house. It is an 8 minute walk from both Catford stations and there is a secure bike lock for cyclists. No pets and no smoking inside. Ideally we would be looking for someone for 6 months, with possibility to extend for longer. Permit parking on the street.
