They are happy to share with anyone who is relaxed and considerate. Ideally a hybrid/fully office based professionals or a mature student. Single person occupancy only, the room cannot be shared.

The flat is part of a large house, with an additional flat downstairs also occupied by 2 females, who have their own facilities.

Bills £80-140 approx. The largest amount is historical 3 or 4 months of the year. Last year the bills were around £90 for 7 months.
