Flexible London Stay, Ideal for Part-Time Commuters / Regular Work Trips

Hello!

My name is Victoria and I’m originally from Birmingham. I’m looking to find someone who would like to use my one-bedroom apartment as a flexible base when they’re in London for work, rather than renting the property on a full-time basis.

The arrangement would suit someone who regularly travels to London for work, perhaps a few nights a week, and is looking for somewhere comfortable and homely to stay without committing to a full-time London rental. I’m open to discussing a regular arrangement / nights per week, depending on what works for both of us.

The apartment is in an excellent location, just a 7-minute walk from Chalk Farm Station and less than 10 minutes from Camden Market. It’s fully furnished with brand-new furniture and bedding, and is a cosy little escape from the madness of the city. There’s also a lovely private balcony.

Being from outside on London myself, I understand how useful it can be to have a comfortable and reliable place to stay in London without needing to rent somewhere full-time. I’m also happy to share lots of local recommendations, and I have a little guidebook for the area that I can send over.
