A double room has now become available for single occupancy to rent in our spacious, three-storey house.

The room is on the first floor. As pictured, it is light, airy & spacious, has been fully refurbished with a double bed. The wardrobes, bedside table and shelves offer plenty of storage space. A fold out desk and chair allow the room to be used for work or study. The room has an ensuite bathroom, consisting of toilet, shower and handwash basin.

The house:
The kitchen is on the ground floor and includes a washing machine, microwave and oven/cooker and is shared with other housemates. All bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax, Wifi internet) are included in the rent price. You'll also have access to the rear garden from the lower ground floor.

The location:
Our house can be found in a quiet residential area and is a couple of minutes walk away is Charlton train station, where trains frequently leave for Central London and Kent. On-road parking is available with a permit. The newly developed Greenwich shopping park is a 5 minute walk away. Trips to the O2 arena and Charlton Athletic football ground are within close proximity.
