The property has a home GYM (in the garden), professional cleaners and gardiner, Netflix & SKY Q, heating, & all bills & maintenance arranged on your behalf. There is also storage in the garage.
The property is interior designed. Every bill is already included in the lodger’s rent, bar cleaners, gardiners and thier cleaning materials & electricity / gas, bulbs, underfloor heating etc which is 80, pounds additional a week. This can be reduced, significantly, if you’re away regularly on weekends/or you’ve long hours at your office/do not WFH (as utilities consumption / wear is reduced).. so this 80 a week is entirely up to you, and can be massively reduced as you choose…
This is a very relaxing, tranquil period, Georgian property, away from traffic, due to it being on a private tree lined cul de sac, yet conveniently just off London’s most fashionable roads.
Joining this house is not dissimilar to joining a private members club, in that you will be regularly invited by me and my sociable friends to Annabels, The Hurlingham Club (wine tastings, heated outdoor / indoor spas and swimming pools / grass covered court tennis, networking inter club December drinks,
alfresco winter Christmas bars & Estate Garden firesides), Soho House, Arts Club Dover Street Mayfair, The Cavalry & Guards Club, 5 Hertford Street Mayfair, and other London venues,

and Christmas Lunches accompanied by live entertainers by the candlelight in Stately Rooms of grandeur, in early/mid December that you’ll be cordially invited to.

The spacious double room is located in a beautiful period mews house, in between the world famous, King’s Road & Fulham Roads, with excellent transport links including Thames Clipper Uber Boats, Buses. Overland Train and Underground Tube, conveniently by the house and gardens.
The double-room has views over gardens, & is a very quiet sanctuary, for your enjoyment.
I am looking forward to having lodgers who are positive, fun,
& always polite - but have thier own lives to lead outside of the home also and are occasionally away at weekends, typically every second or third weekend demonstrating their independence for a full healthy life in other areas of lives too..
This three bedroom, Georgian period house has recently been refurbished - with under floor heating installed in the conservatory.. The property has three double bedrooms and is arranged over three floors. The house comes with a car space outside the house. The property is located on a quiet & private cul-de-sac, tree lined, residential street. The private cul-de-sac is managed by The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Upon entering the property, there is a double reception room (big) with solid wood floors, high ceilings, a feature fireplace, a formal dining area and large bay windows. Through the reception room there is a kitchen conservatory (pictured) which is ideal as a further, second, relaxing sitting area, / further dining area. Through the doors of the conservatory is a beautiful south west facing double tiered private, luxury garden, that even in early Spring gets over 7 hours of sunshine a day due to its aspect.

There are fantastic bus routes running along both Fulham Road and Kings Road which run into the West End and the City. The property is also close to The River Thames which offers fantastic commuter and recreational routes via Thames Clipper Water Bus, going direct east into the City or west to Richmond Park.
There is a kitten in the house called Prince. If you’re looking for a three month stay or less there’s much greater turn around efforts/time consumption, so a three month stay is encouraged, if possible. Rent is typically a little higher if it’s a short stay/over the public holidays,
