The property has a home GYM (in the garden), professional cleaners and gardiner, Netflix & SKY Q, heating, & all bills & maintenance arranged on your behalf. There is also storage in the garage.
This is a very relaxing, tranquil period, Georgian property, away from traffic, due to it being on a private tree lined cul de sac, yet conveniently just off London’s most fashionable roads, that are beautifully lit up in February & March with Festive Winter lights all the way to Knightsbridge and Belgravia/Victoria from the house; with permanent street art.
It’s an easy walk to Harrods Food Hall and Hyde Park; next to the house is a tennis court and a running track in a 40 acre tranquil park.
This is a great house for networking whilst also having tranquility.
The next road’s pub, is the Fox & Peasant, a celebrity favourite, with roaring fires, and seventeenth century historic architectural charm, with amazing chefs.. perfect for a refresher or a battery re-charging meal.

The spacious double room is located in a beautiful period mews house, in between the world famous, King’s Road & Fulham Roads, with excellent transport links including Thames Clipper Uber Boats, Buses. Overland Train and Underground Tube, conveniently by the house and gardens.
The double-room has views over gardens, & is a very quiet sanctuary, for your enjoyment. I am looking forward to having lodgers who are positive, fun, & always polite.
This three bedroom, Georgian period house has recently been refurbished - with under floor heating installed in the conservatory.. The property has three double bedrooms and is arranged over three floors. The house comes with a car space outside the house. The property is located on a quiet & private cul-de-sac, tree lined, residential street. The private cul-de-sac is managed by The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Upon entering the property, there is a double reception room (big) with solid wood floors, high ceilings, a feature fireplace, a formal dining area and large bay windows. Through the reception room there is a kitchen conservatory (pictured) which is ideal as a further, second, relaxing sitting area, / further dining area. Through the doors of the conservatory is a beautiful south west facing double tiered private, luxury garden, that even in early Spring gets over 7 hours of sunshine a day due to its aspect.
The property is interior designed. Every bill is already included in the lodger’s rent, bar cleaners, gardiners and thier cleaning materials & electricity / gas, bulbs, underfloor heating etc..
If you’re typically at an office Monday through to Friday: bills would only be 30 pounds a week additional, so 425 per week total, for those at an office.
If WFH all bills are 95 pounds additional a week, not 30 pounds.

In Spring / Summer / Autumn the garden gets over 10 hours of sunshine and there are long views with great outlook across many gardens towards Chelsea Football Ground which is over 3,000 yards away. There is also a separate additional shady garden to keep cool.
The kitchen is just off the reception room with modern appliances including a dishwasher, drier and clothes washer. The kitchen opens into the conservatory and has luxury red bar chairs. Perfect for an evening or brunch aperitif. On the first floor are two double bedrooms available, both with very good storage and plenty of natural light. They are served by a spacious first floor family sized bathroom, with a separate loo room, with separate window.
The closest superstores are either Whole Foods, Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Bailey and Sage and Marks and Spencer's on Chelsea’s Fulham Road & King’s Road. Fulham Broadway underground Tube, and Imperial Overland Train station, is just 4 minutes walk away. There are fantastic bus routes running along both Fulham Road and Kings Road which run into the West End and the City. The property is also close to The River Thames which offers fantastic commuter and recreational routes via Thames Clipper Water Bus, going direct east into the City or west to Richmond Park.
There is a kitten in the house called Prince. If you’re looking for a four month stay or less there’s much greater turn around efforts/time consumption, so a four month stay is encouraged, if possible. Rent is typically a little higher if it’s a short stay/over the public holidays.
