The Flat: Has 3 bedrooms, storage room, bathroom, dinning area, kitchen with all appliances, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, sharing with two people.

Current flatmates: The flat is to share with two professionals in finance, we are very much into health and wellness, we like the common spaces to be organised and clean, we treat the flat as a home rather than a flat share and we’d like the new flat mate to do the same, someone who is happy to clean after him/herself, and like to keep his/her spaces clean.
We are looking for a tidy, working professional flatmate, who is a happy, respectful, honest person, who knows how to communicate effectively & who likes to mingle but also enjoys his/her own space and privacy, ideally someone who works at the office and works from home only 1 day per week.
