Lovely ground floor flat in Chelsea, just off the Fulham Road, close to the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and all the great local venues.
West Brompton and Earls Court tubes are only a few minutes walk and there are great bus routes on the doorstep.
I am hoping to find a professional person (or couple) who is/are looking for a peaceful place to reside in this sophisticated and safe location. Maximum occupancy two persons.
There is a Howden's kitchen and a modern bathroom.
There is excellent storage in the bedroom, with a built in double wardrobe, large chest, small chest, bookcase and four suitcase sized box drawers under the bed.
The monthly rent is inclusive of bills: Gas, Electricity, Water, Service Charge, TV Licence and unlimited superfast WIFI. I have British Gas Homecare 400 for the property and insurance on the main appliances.
It would be great to hear from someone who is looking for a comfortable home in a fabulous area to live in.
