Cosy Chelsea Flat – Friendly Professional Looking

I’m a 34-year-old professional with a creative background. I suppose I'm a mixture of introvert and extrovert, but during the week I’m fairly independent and tend to keep to myself.

I have a cosy, bright and clean one-bedroom flat in the heart of Chelsea, and I’m looking for someone friendly to stay in the bedroom for a few months from mid-September. I may also be away for around three weeks in October, so you’d have the place to yourself during that time.

The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. The flat is on the top floor and, while it’s on the smaller side, it’s a really cosy and comfortable space.

The location is hard to beat:

2 minutes from a lovely local family park (lots of beautiful flowers)
2 minutes from the King’s Road
10 minutes’ walk to South Kensington and Sloane Square
15 minutes’ walk to the Natural History/Science Museums and the V&A
20 minutes’ walk to Hyde Park
Great public transport links to the rest of central London

I’m looking for someone who appreciates a smaller, cosy and clean home, and is simply looking for somewhere comfortable to call home for a few months.
