Lovely Room in Chelsea

A lovely double room is available immediately in a clean and welcoming shared home in the heart of Chelsea, only around 10 minutes from both South Kensington and Sloane Square stations.

You would be sharing with three friendly, tidy and respectful female professionals. We have a very good relationship as housemates and are always happy to communicate and resolve any household matters together. Nobody smokes inside the property.

The house is kept very clean, and a cleaner visits approximately every 10 days. The cleaning cost and household bills are shared separately and are not included in the monthly rent.

The room is officially rented as unfurnished; however, it currently contains furniture belonging to the outgoing tenant. She is asking £250 for the items left in the room, should the new tenant wish to keep them.

The landlord is fantastic, very responsive and always available to resolve any problems. As part of the usual referencing process, applicants will be asked to provide proof of their Right to Rent in the UK.

The room is available now. We are looking for a clean, considerate and friendly professional who would enjoy living in a peaceful and respectful home.
