I’m looking for a new flatmate to share our lovely two-bedroom flat in Chelsea, as my current flatmate is sadly moving out.

The flat is located just behind King’s Road, surrounded by lovely cafés, restaurants, bars and shops.

The flat has two bedrooms, a spacious shared living room, a separate kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. There’s also a small balcony with space to sit outside and plenty of additional storage.

The bedroom is bright and spacious, with a large window and lots of natural light. It comes with a double bed, two bedside tables, a large IKEA wardrobe and a built-in wardrobe. Please note that some of the furniture and decorations shown in the photos belong to the current tenant and won’t be included.

Rent: £1,150 pcm
Bills: Approximately £140 pcm per person

Imperial Wharf is around 15 minutes’ walk away, while Earl’s Court and Sloane Square are around 20–30 minutes away on foot. Battersea Park is also nearby. There are also several bus routes close to the flat, making it easy to get around London.

A little about me: I’m 29 and work full-time in London. I’m friendly, easy-going and enjoy having a comfortable and tidy home. I’m ideally looking for a female flatmate who is considerate, friendly and enjoys a relaxed home environment.
