I am looking for a short-term tenant for August, September and October.

You will have use of the whole flat as I am not currently living there. You will have 2 large rooms to either use as separate bedrooms (maximum 2 people) or use as a living room and separate bedroom. There is a smaller double bedroom that I will have access to and is not included in the rent.

The flat is on Marlborough Road a 5-minute walk to many bus stops taking you to Blackhorse Road, Walthamstow Station & Chingford. It is also a short walk to Highams Park. You have quick access to M11, M25 and A406.

It was renovated a few years ago with new electrics/plastering, new windows throughout, a new kitchen and bathroom, all new carpets and flooring, radiators etc. The flat is very spacious with tons of natural light and is on a lovely quiet street.

The flat consists of two bedrooms, a large front room, a bathroom, a large kitchen, a spacious hallway and south-facing garden. You will have access to it all apart from the smaller double bedroom which I will use for storage.

Double bed and wardrobe already available and I can furnish the second double bed if needed.

£1300 a month including all bills.
