Looking for short term lets....2-6 months. This place would suit someone who is waiting on a house sale to go through or engaging in a short learning course in London. The double room with is for rent. The house is situated only 10 minutes from North Chingford and all the amenities it has to offer. The station is a 13 minute walk away and the train takes 30 mins to reach Liverpool Street.

I am a teacher working mostly during the week. I play the piano and guitar and am an easy going person.

It really is a quiet, clean and tidy house and the area is similar so would suit someone specifically looking for that.

The kitchen, bathroom and front living room will be shared. There is also the use of a beautiful garden.

Lots of storage space and ample off-road parking.

This is ideal for anyone looking for a short term let as my landlord is unable to give me a long term lease...that said I have already been in the same place for the past 6 years.
Help with the winter gas bill will be factored in by mutual agreement.
