****Update on our Property ****

Only one of the three rooms we previously advertised are still available... this is the room advertised above.

We are open to viewings and hope to find someone between the ages of 20-30 to move in :) our property has easy access to central London and is situated next to the vast Epping forest, which offers hundreds of different trails for any nature lovers like myself!!!

We are looking for like minded housemates in our cozy Maisonette located just off of Chingford Mount road.

This simplistic room offers you everything you need. The room is spacious and takes in plenty of natural light. The bedroom window overlooks the balcony leading down to the garden. This room is compact and ideal for someone who likes there space.

Ideally we are looking for Vegans or Vegetarians as we are Vegan ourselves and would prefer keeping a meat free house. The key word being preference so this doesn’t exclude any meat eaters but we expect that person to be aware of smells when cooking and a proper utensil cleanse after use.

It’s important that anyone applying for this room is prepared to clean up after themselves and help maintain a clean house hold. We share a communal kitchen and bathroom so we all need to respect each other and keep things clean. I’m putting a big emphasis on cleanliness, as we simply won’t tolerate messy people.

We are strong advocates for travelling and nature!!! 2020 was a year full of travel despite the constant headache of COVID as I (Alex) got the chance to explore a multitude of countries and continents leading my journey to a sail boat in Portugal where I met my girlfriend Bruna.

Together we returned to England as our next objective is to save up and sail around the world on our own boat! I am currently studying hard for a sailing academy and Bruna is also practicing for vegan culinary school!

The summary of this advertisement is we are looking for like minded people who are going to share positive and successful mindsets as I believe it’s contagious!!
