The downstairs is beautifully open plan, with lots of dining, living and storage space, double bi-fold doors leading to the garden.
Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms,
which are fully furnished and are very good double sizes, beds have hardly been used at all, basically brand new,

total of 2 bathrooms upstairs, one being an en-suite there is also an additional toilet downstairs.

The Garden is large, perfect for entertaining, and looks out to a beautiful lake, and woodlands of Epping forest
really is a wonderful house share, and i am looking for a wonderful house mate to call this a home, person must be professional, considerate, tidy, looking for a female to move in as quiet frankly I’ve lived with too many guys over the years
