Single & Double Room Available Now

Hi all, My name is Ramon and I live in a semi-detach house that has a single and double bedroom available. The double room is the biggest bedroom in the house with big windows from wall to wall. There’s plenty of closet space with a makeup space with mirrors. Although the double room is occupied at the moment, it will not be for very long. The single room is newly decorated with a single bed and 2 chests of drawers.
There are 2 bathrooms, one downstairs with toilet and washbasin. The 2nd bathroom is upstairs with a toilet, combined bath/shower, and washbasin. There is a small garden in the rear with a lovely view of the William Girling Reservoir and Sheep grazing which gives it a countryside feeling. There is also a garage in the rear that I have converted into a gym. The Kitchen is a pretty decent size with a dining room table, washer and dryer, and plenty of kitchen utensils and necessities. The living room is quite large. The nearest train station is Chingford North which is an overground train service and which will get you to Liverpool Street station in about 25-30 minutes and it's about a 7-10 minutes bus ride or a 20 minutes walk from the house. The nearest underground tube station is Walthamstow Central or Blackhorse Road which is a 20 minutes bus ride respectively, Meridian Water station is also about 10 mins away... There are a couple of lovely parks very near the house with Epping Forest just a 10 mins ride away if you like walking and riding bikes. The property is situated in a convenient location, with about a 7-minute walk to all local amenities. I'm quite a chill person and prefer a peaceful and relaxing house with respect and courtesy for others a priority. I usually cook at home and enjoy staying home or using the gym when not working or when possible. I'm fully employed with Next and prefer my housemates to be fully employed as well. The monthly rent is £400 plus Council tax which is an extra £50, for the single room with all other bills included. The double room is £700 PCM with all bills included.
