The entire house is modern throughout and has recently undergone a full renovation.

I am looking for a clean and tidy lodger — someone friendly, respectful, and conscientious of privacy, space, and noise. I would like someone who takes pride in keeping their living space clean and will help maintain the home to a high standard. Hygiene and cleanliness are a priority in this household.

The house is located in a friendly and safe neighbourhood of North Chingford. It is a 5-minute walk to Chingford Overground station (approximately 25 minutes to Liverpool Street Station and around 25 minutes to Oxford Circus). Walthamstow is 10 minutes by train or 15 minutes by bus, and the bus stop is a 30-second walk from the house.

There is ample free on-road parking.

North Chingford High Street is a 30-second walk away and offers a range of cafés, restaurants, two supermarkets, and other local shops to meet your daily needs.

The stunning Epping Forest is right on your doorstep.

Westfield Shopping Centre is approximately 20 minutes by car. Stansted Airport is around 45 minutes away, with easy access to the M25 and A406.

Looking for a professional lodger. No students, couples, pets, or children.

Female lodger preferred, as previous living arrangements have worked well with this setup.

Happy to consider short-term lets. Although the room is advertised as unfurnished, a double bed and clothes rail can be provided if required.
