We are a family of three with a spacious loft room available for rent, with all bills included. The room is warm and inviting, offering lovely views.

It comes fully furnished with two double wardrobes and a 42-inch TV with Netflix, Apple TV, and more. The tenant will have exclusive use of a private shower room, featuring a large shower, sink, and toilet.

A microwave can be provided upon request, and the room also includes a desk.

We are friendly and easygoing, occasionally working from home. The area is well-served with local shops, a post office, restaurants, and a Sainsbury’s nearby.

The house includes a dishwasher and tumble dryer, and we have a south-facing garden with a patio and outdoor furniture.

Transport links are excellent—the 97 bus (a 3-minute walk away) connects to Chingford Station in one direction and Walthamstow Central/Stratford in the other. The N26 night bus from Charing Cross stops just a few minutes from the house.

For outdoor activities, a park with basketball and tennis courts is only a 5-minute walk away.
