Hello everyone,

Are you interested in living opposite a beautiful forest, with convenient transport links from Chingford Station to Liverpool Street and the Victoria Line? I have a fully furnished double bedroom available in a quiet, well maintained home.

The room includes a comfortable bed, WiFi, a full\-length mirror, large wardrobes, and lovely views of the forest\.

The shared kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dining table.

I am looking for one female Muslim lodger who is respectful, tidy, and mindful of maintaining a peaceful living environment\. Ideally, you will be either studying or working full time and out of the home Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Please note the following important conditions:

- The house and garden cannot be used as an art studio under any circumstances.
- No art related materials (including paints, sprays, turpentine, or similar substances) are permitted to be used or stored anywhere on the property.
- Body sprays and alcohol-based perfumes are not allowed in the house.
- This is a short\-term let only, as the house is currently on the market\.

Rent terms:

- One month’s deposit and one month’s rent in advance are required.

House rules:

- No alcohol consumption or smoking inside the property
- Cleanliness is very important — the room must be kept tidy
- No cooking pork

Location:
If you love nature, this is an ideal setting. The house is located next to Epping Forest, home to deer, squirrels, robins, and other wildlife\. A nature reserve and Organic Lea (for fresh fruit and vegetables\) are just 10 minutes away.

Transport and amenities:

- 10 minutes by bus to Chingford Station (with shops, cafes, restaurants, library, and church\)
- Direct buses to Walthamstow Central \(Victoria Line\) and Enfield Town
- 5 minutes to Waitrose, McDonald’s, and local shops
- 15 minute walk to Co-op and Tesco

I am quiet, friendly, and value a calm, respectful home. I have an interest in holistic health, spirituality, and meditation. I maintain a no shoes household and occasionally use incense.
