I have a three bed maisonette and I am looking to rent out the third bedroom. it is a very spacious property that is a 3-minute walk from Epping Forest and a 5-minute walk from Chingford Station.
The rent is £800 per month and all bills are included. The room is available furnished.
There is a large kitchen-diner, a separate lounge, and 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. It is a quiet and peaceful residential area that has always felt safe and it is close to the shops.
Jenny (landlord) - I am from London and I'm 40. I'm a coach who works with people in recovery from addiction. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family who live nearby. I like cooking and being in the forest.
Sandra - I am Italian and I'm 42 . I have been living in London since 2011. I am an easy going person, I like cooking, going for nice walks, meeting friends but also relaxing at home.
We are hoping to live with someone who is calm, clean, and respectful.
If you want to work from home you are welcome to do that from your bedroom. We have a house rule that the lounge and kitchen are a work-free zone :)
