Flatmate - 2 bed flat share near forest 🌳

Hi, I’m Rachel 🙂

My flatmate is leaving for long term travel so I’m looking for a new lovely person to share my cosy and spacious home with.

It’s a two-bedroom duplex in a charming Victorian conversion, with the bedrooms on separate floors — so there’s plenty of privacy and space. You’ll have a bright, south-facing double bedroom, your own bathroom and a desk. It was fully decorated just 2 years ago so everything is nice and new and works! :)

The forest is the reason I chose this place 🌳🌳🌳 Epping Forest is just a 5-minute walk away, and I love running, cycling and walking there. At the same time, we’re right by Chingford High Street, with cafés, restaurants, pubs, shops and the Overground all close by. Liverpool Street is around less than 30 minutes away.

I enjoy cooking healthy food, getting outdoors, travelling, dancing and seeing friends. At home I like things to feel relaxed, clean and homely - somewhere you can chat over cooking dinner 🍷but also happily do your own thing.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped, with houseplants, board games, wooden cooking utensils and a Berkey water filter. There’s space to add your things and also keep a bike securely in the front garden if you have one.

I travel quite a bit, so I’m very happy to live with someone who does too. I occasionally sublet my room to lovely digital nomads when I’m away and am open to you doing the same, with some mutual agreement.

Ideally you’ll be working full-time and appreciate a balance of enjoying the home together while having your own space and routine. Shorter stays may also be possible.
