Hello
We are a family of three with a large and airy room available to rent.
The room comes with a single bed with a brand new mattress. There is a desk, two wardrobes, bedside table, large tv and other built in storage. We are also able to provide a microwave, kettle if required. There’s Netflix and Amazon prime video available on the tv included.
The room is on the 2nd floor of our house and has its own en suite shower room for use of the renter only.
There is a very regular bus service (number 97) at the end of the road (3 mins walk) and also a night bus service (N26) from Charing Cross. The closest train station is Chingford over ground and the easiest access tube is Walthamstow Central via the 97 bus
We have a small dog who is very friendly and a cat who is old.
Short term lets are preferred.. The room will not be available after mid December 2024
