Flatmate wanted! Hi, 1 spacious single room with double bed and air conditioning located on the first floor available in a house located in Chingford mount. Available to move in from September 15. The property is fully furnished. Spacious kitchen and a big living room with air conditioning and heated floors on the ground floor. There is also an additional toilet and laundry room with two washing machines. The rest of the rooms and a bathroom are located on the first floor.

We also have garden and a driveway with two parking spaces in front of the house. The property is close to bus station, less than 5 min walk, a short bus journey to Walthamstow and Chingford Station. Local amenities shops, restaurants, post office, GP, parks, within 5-10 min walk.

About me: I’m 32 year old female, easy-going, I don’t smoke, don’t drink alcohol and I would like to live with likeminded people. I’m on good terms with the neighbours and I wish to keep it that way, so no partying at home:)
