both worlds as you are on the edge of the ancient Epping Forest offering long walks, mountain biking/ golf courses and driving ranges/ wildlife and medieval history, as well as having easy access to central London.

We're currently offering a double bedroom (4.0 x 3.5 meters approx.), with a bed, armchair, desk, clothes hanger, and shelves.
Kitchen has electric oven, microwave, electric hobs, ample cupboard space, refrigerator, washing machine , kettle, pans and cooking utensils.

The rooms is £775per month and this includes council tax, gas, electricity and water bills and we offer free wifi. Deposit £885.
We can accommodate long-term and shorter-term stays, although we will need to discuss price for stays shorter than 6 months..
No smoking, no pets, single occupants only. We cannot accommodate couples.
