I am a 31 female professional, looking for another friendly female professional or student. The house is situated on a tree-lined side street, perfectly located around the corner from a variety of amenities and transport links. 😊 

I would be open to double occupancy or if one person wanted to move into the double room and one into the single room. Both rooms would could fully furnished or unfurnished if you prefer this option.
