Large double room in peaceful Chingford

We're looking for a lodger who has a professional career.
References and a credit check will be required prior to moving in.

Clean, modern house with an unfurnished double room available (basic furniture can be provided if needed).

We're a couple in our 30s and we both have professional careers in the city. We go into We're easy to get along with and will respect your needs as our lodger.

Ideally Monday - Fridays only but the occasional weekend is ok.

Garden and home gym to be provided over time in the outbuilding.
