Unfurnished double room in a spacious house

The Room

It’s a good sized double room with a large bay window. However the room comes unfurnished (the rest of the house is furnished) and is available from September 2025

The Property

A three bedroom terraced house across two floors. It has a good sized living room, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, conservatory, study and garden. A loft is also available for extra storage if needed.

I'm currently in the process of redecorating the living room and dining room so things are a bit bare at the moment but all the essentials are present.

Parking is available on the street outside and is resident permit holders only

The Area

North Chingford is a great area with an excellent high street that runs past the end of our road. It’s has a great selection of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops including Tesco express, Amazon Fresh and Co-Op.

Chingford station has fast train connections in to central London and a bus terminal that a vast number of bus routes run from. The Overground (Weaver) line that starts at Chingford runs to Walthamstow Central in 10 minutes (where you can change for the Victoria Line), Hackney Downs/Central in 20 minutes and Liverpool Street in 25 minutes.

Perhaps the best aspect of life in Chingford is Epping forest being just a few minutes walk away.
