Room to rent in an amazing wide open spaced flat

Hey there. Sergi here. I do have a room available in a 2 bedroom flat in Highams Park. Room comes fully furnished but you could bring your own stuff if necessary.

Highams Park. Overground. Flat is literally 3 minutes away from the station and 30 seconds away from a massive Tesco mall. Zone 4. Two stops away from Walthamstow (Victoria Line) and literally 23 minutes away from Victoria train station ( I commute myself everyday there)

About me.

You’ll be sharing the flat with a cool and responsible 36 yo guy who works in the hospitality industry. Im an exceedingly clean person and I’m looking for the same on my future room mate. No exceptions.

I do not smoke nor drink. I’m aiming to get someone who tends to be rather quiet but happy to exchange and indulge in cool convos. Since I work hefty hours until late in the evening towards the end of the week I like getting back home and finding the place decently clean and keep the noise to a minimum level.
Respect on both ends it’s crucial.

I do love reading so expect to find books in every corner as well as plants. The place is beautifully lighted. Kitchen and lounge all glued in one bright open space with a good size balcony where the sunset shines through every day (if sunny) so expect lots of flooding light.

Washing machine and tumble dryer all in one in one amazing hidden behind the door storage.

As much as I’m an open minded person I do have a rule of not having visitors around. That’s sadly a rule that it won’t be negotiable unless I’m away during holidays and talked over.
