A lovely room is available in my 3-bed home. The house is bright, clean, and well cared for - offering a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.

You’ll have access to the kitchen, a shared living area, dining room and bathroom. There’s also a beautiful garden and conservatory which are perfect for reading or relaxing outdoors in the sun.

You’ll be sharing with just me which is probably the
closest you can get to living on your own in London at this
price point

The room is currently empty as I've been doing some redecorating but will come furnished with a comfortable bed, mattress, wardrobe, mirror and plenty of natural light.

Broadband and council tax are included in the rent.
However gas, electricity and water are not included. I
currently pay £110 per month in total for these.
