Large double room in family home

A bright and spacious double room is available in our family home, based in a quiet part of North Chingford. We’re a 10–15 minute walk from the shops, Chingford Station and only a couple of minutes from the nearest bus stop. Limited parking available in the road.

You’d be sharing the house with the landlord couple and their daughter. We are three friendly, professional adults who enjoy a calm, clean, comfortable home, therefore a friendly professional person who aligns with our values is essential.

The room consists of a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, armchair, lamps, and a small table. We offer full access to all shared spaces — a well‑equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, garden, and shared toilet, bathroom/shower room.

Utility and broadband bills are included.
Smoking and Vaping is not permitted.
Rent is payable a month in advance.
References required.
