Room sharing with a female

One bed space available for a female in a double room. The room is already occupied by a female and one bedspace is vacant. Please remember this is a room sharing for a female only.

Double room comes with a separate single bed and mattress, large 2 door wardrobe and 4 Chester drawer.

The house have a large spacious kitchen, a cozy living room and a conservatory.

One of the 2 toilets is attached with a shower cubicle in ground floor and the second toilet is in first floor.

The available room is in first floor. There are 2 other rooms in firstfloor, one of it is occupied by a male.

The ground floor room is occupied by a family with a baby princess aged 2.5 yrs.

We presently have all white goods available for use.

Nearest bus stop is chingdale Road ( 2 minutes walk)
Nearest station is highhams park (20 minutes walk or 1 mile)

Presently all the household members are Keralites.
