Lovely 2 bed flat (short term accepted)

Hi,

We would like to sublet the flat we are currently renting for a short-term stay. We are looking for a flexible arrangement and would also consider renting out one bedroom with a private bathroom on a longer-term basis.

We are a family of three with a cat, and we travel frequently. While we are away, my aunt stays at the flat to look after the cat. If we travel for a longer period, we take the cat with us.

We are looking for quiet, respectful people rather than party-goers, as we would like the apartment to remain a peaceful and well-cared-for home.
