We have a comfortable single room available in our family home in Chingford, E4, just a few minutes' walk from Chingford Station.
🚆 Excellent transport: Chingford Station is within walking distance, with trains to Liverpool Street taking around 30 minutes.
Rent: £650 per month, bills included, including Wi-Fi.
You would be living in a friendly family home and sharing the kitchen and bathroom with the family.
English tutoring arrangement
We have a 13-year-old son who has recently moved to the UK from China and is starting Year 8 at Highams Park School.
We are looking for someone who can help him with English:
• 4 days per week
• 1 hour per day
• Mainly conversation, reading, vocabulary and homework
• Helping him become more confident with everyday English and UK school life
We would particularly welcome international students, university students, postgraduates or young professionals with very good English. Previous tutoring or teaching experience would be a plus.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, patient, responsible and reliable.
Male or female welcome. Single occupancy only.
