The room is furnished, lots of light, wi-fi; shared use of shower room. Use of all other parts of the house ( 3 living areas and beautiful garden overlooking reservoir). 10 minutes walk to Chingford Mount, main road, from where buses can be taken to Walthamstow Central( 20 minutes) or Chingford Station ( 15 minutes) with direct trains to Liverpool Street.
All amenities at walking distance, including 2 leisure centers, restaurants, pubs and all sorts of sports facilities, including horse riding, rugby, tennis, football and golf.
All bills are included, breakfast and dinner, cooked daily by landlady ( delicious!). Laundry service included.
We are looking for an honest person, either male or female; no smoker for at least one month.
Rent is £ 125 per week, all mentioned before included. Some deposit required, no be negotiated and at least 2 weeks notice on leaving.
