We are 2 easy going ladies living in a 3 bed detached homely house. We have a lovely double bedroom to rent... We are looking for a busy, professional person preferably a female who is respectful, clean and polite and easy to get along with.

We have two cats, Sidney and lucy who are both lovely and fun.

There is ample parking if you have a vehicle. The overground station is Chingford and is a 10min walk. And just 23mind to Liverpool Street and 5 mins to Walthamstow Central (Victoria line) There are bars and restaurants near the station on station road. We are on the edge of the Forrest which is beautiful and we have a lovely pub just 1 minute from our door! :)

The Room is available from 10th feb.


Super speed broadband included. Kitchen bathroom shared space. Big garden and bbq area perfect for summers evenings.
