Homely room for rent

I have a lovely home with a spare room that I am looking to rent.

The double room is furnished but I am happy to let you make it yours within reason. The house has a jack and jill bathroom which basically means both bedrooms are connected directly to the bathroom, though mine has a very small dressing area that separates it slightly and means you have a bit more privacy.

I am rather house proud but definitely not a neat freak. And the house comes with wifi and bills included.

About me, well I'm a very bubbly sociable person who works in fashion merchandising in Central London and I don't take life too seriously. I like to come home and relax in front of a film but also to go for a few drinks after work during the week and enjoy a good night out. I am pet lover but don't have any permanent pets in the house. I also love to travel and very family focused.

I have a bus stop just round the corner with Walthamstow Central a short journey away and very regular buses. I am also close to the overground Highams Park with a direct link to Liverpool Street station.

I'm not in a rush to find someone as I just want to make sure I find someone I can get on with.
