Spacious room in comfy family home

This warm and welcoming room is on the first floor of our house, overlooking the garden and has its own sink.

The big plus: After an 8 minute walk you jump on a bus that will take you directly to Walthamstow Central. The bus that stops in front of our house takes you to Angle Road/Silver Street.

You have access to the entire house, apart from our private bedrooms. In the kitchen You are also welcome to use our microwave to heat ready-made meals or cook small meals in the evenings.

We respect your privacy, but are always available for a chat over a tea/coffee or a glass of wine.

We are a cosmopolitan family in a lovely neighbourhood nestled comfortably between the city and Epping Forest. Chingford Mount is a walking distance from our house with lovely restaurants, pubs, bars, and a great variety of shops. Hall Lane Tavern is a welcoming pub just up the road (6-7 min. walk).

We are a 15 minute bus ride (no. 34) away from Walthamstow Central (bus stop is at the bottom of the road) where the William Morris Gallery, Lloyd Park, and two fantastic landmark pubs - the Bell and the Rose & Crown (theater attached!) - await you.

From there you also have fast train and Underground connections to the City and London's Westend.

You can go for lovely walks along the nearby water reservoirs or you can hop on the 444 bus (directly in front of our house) that will take you all the way to Queen Elizabeth's Hunting lodge at the entrance to Epping Forest.

The 34 bus stops at the bottom of the road and will take you straight to Walthamstow Central (15 minutes). From there you have the Victoria line which will take yo straight to oxford Circus or the train to Liverpool Street station right in the middle of the City.

The 444 bus stops directly in front of our house and takes you to Turnpike Lane Underground Station on the Piccadilly Line. If you take in the other direction you will find yourself 25 minutes later at the gates of Epping Forest.

If you come by car, you can park on our private driveway.

If you come from Stansted it is best to get of at Tottenham Hale and take the Victoria Line ( 1 stop!) to Blackhorse Road Underground Station and from there the 158 all the way to Hall Lane (25 minutes).
