Huge double room in gorgeous flat

Hi!

I’m a yoga teacher, personal trainer and performer, and I’m looking for someone lovely to come and make themselves at home in my flat, taking the large double room.

The room is genuinely huge and really bright (roughly 15 1/2 foot x 10 1/2 foot). It’s almost like having your own little apartment, with plenty of space for a sofa, TV, desk and whatever else you’d like to make it your own. There’s already a king-size bed and storage provided, so you’ve got a great starting point to create a really comfortable space.

The room would be particularly suited to someone looking for a weekday let, although I’m open to discussing other arrangements.

As for the person I’m looking for, ideally someone professional, respectful and easygoing, who enjoys a fairly simple, low-key lifestyle with a good balance of nights in and nights out. I’m keen to find someone who sees a flatshare as more than just somewhere to sleep – someone who’s up for the occasional chat, a laugh and enjoying the odd dinner, conversation or evening watching TV together.

You’ll have full use of all the communal spaces, including the kitchen, living room and bathroom. That said, with such a generous room, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to create your own cosy little haven too.

Ultimately, I’m looking for someone who brings good energy, is considerate of shared space and would enjoy creating a relaxed, friendly and happy home.
