Tenancy

We are private landlords looking for a long-term tenant for single occupancy.

Appropriate referencing, credit and affordability checks will be carried out. A holding deposit of one week's rent will be required to reserve the property while these checks are completed. A tenancy deposit will also be required and protected through a government-approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

As private landlords, we aim to be straightforward and transparent, without the additional charges associated with agents. We find this helps us build an open and positive relationship with our tenants.
